Each of your 5 credits gives you or your employee/named associate up to 15 minutes of advice from an experienced and senior HR consultant,  lawyer or other commercial expert.

One individual credit can be used to purchase one enquiry the AskHRi helpdesk of up to 15 minutes, with a maximum of 3 credits per query.

Credits are not transferable to anyone else unless they are an employee of your business and named by you at the purchase point. You can transfer unused AskHRi helpdesk credits to the following year but must use them within the first 3 months of that year.
