HRi Complaints Procedures
HRi takes all complaints seriously and will investigate all complaints promptly and thoroughly, with sensitivity toward confidentiality.
All complaints must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. HRi will acknowledge the receipt of the email within 48 hours of receipt and take the necessary steps to investigate the complaint.
Where the complaint has merit and/or the circumstances warrant, HRi will take appropriate corrective action which may include suspension from participation in HRi activities or termination of membership.
HRi strongly encourages its members and users to utilise this Complaint Procedure and to freely report incidents or events that they feel violate this policy without fear of reprisal. HRi prohibits retaliation against any member or user who has made an honest complaint based on a good faith belief that there has been a breach of the code of conduct, or who has cooperated in the investigation of such a complaint.
