HRi Member AskHRi Helpdesk Credits
for AskHRi Holiday and Sickness Cover
HRi members have the option to purchase additional AskHRi Helpdesk credits. This may be because you have exceeded your annual credit entitlement under your membership or because you want to make use of our on-demand Ask HRi Holiday & Sickness cover to take a holiday, time out or are sick.
If you have exhausted your annual AskHRi credit allocation, you can purchase additional credits at the discounted memberships price of £35 per credit (+VAT)
Holiday and Sickness Cover Options
Holiday cover handover – We can provide this via our AskHRi helpdesk. Before you go away we will ask you to complete our handover sheet. You can name the clients that we will be supporting and share any background in confidence which will be stored in our GDPR compliant helpdesk. One named contact point per client. Please give us as much notice as possible.
Sickness cover for your retained clients – If you have purchase AskHRi credits and notify us that you are off sick, we will take over and respond to queries from your clients via our AskHRi helpdesk.
Credits are not transferable to anyone else unless they are an employee of your business and named by you at the purchase point. You can transfer un-used Holiday and Sickness Cover Helpdesk credits to the following year but must use them within the first 3 months of that year and they must be booked in advance in line with our normal Holiday and Sickness Cover booking process.
Each credit gives you or your client/named associate up to 15 minutes of advice from an experienced HRi consultant, lawyer or other commercial expert.
If we feel an issue required expert legal advice and we refer you to our legal partner, Freeths LLP, this will use an additional credit. Both are accessed via the AskHRi helpdesk. If the issue takes longer than 15 minutes, it will use up more than 1 credit.
