Steve is a Partner in RSM’s Employer Services Team and leads the Payroll and HR Consultancy. He has over 20 years’ experience in HR and payroll, and regularly presents on emerging trends and changes within the field. Steve started his career with an investment bank, before moving into retail and recruitment and then transferring to outsourced consultancy. His RSM journey began in 2016 when RSM acquired the HR consultancy business at which Steve was the Managing Director.
This session will focus on:
- Using data and analytics to deliver more to clients
- Using payroll to create a recurring revenue stream
- HR Language for finance people – How to communicate with clients to demonstrate commerciality and close deals

In addition, Kevin is a mentor for the largest UK Entrepreneur Accelerator, and Princes Trust, as well as being a mentor and guest lecturer at Bayes Business School, City of London University. His latest book, ‘Start-up to Scale-up – what funders expect at each stage’ has just been published.

She will discuss why imposter syndrome suddenly rears its ugly head when you know you want to take the next steps and you have the talent and skills to do it, but self-doubt kicks in and make you second guess yourself. Zoé will:
