For HR Independent Consultant or Practice that has operated for less than 3 years as an Indie. Judges are looking for someone who is building a business of high potential or innovative in their approach to business.
Judges will look for:
- A clear narrative that demonstrates innovation and your unique selling point (USP) that makes you stand out as an emerging talent
- Evidence linked to your success
- How you compare to other start-up indies
