The HRi awards are open to all UK-based HR Independent professionals. The HRi awards shine the light on best practices and offer an unrivalled opportunity to recognise and celebrate excellence in the HR Indies community.
The awards are open to members and non-members and span three categories:
The awards celebrate HR indies who are all on a similar journey.
Each category comprises two judges who have the desire to be impressed by what you have delivered on your indies journey. So, start entering by selecting your categories. Study the criteria and prepare your entries.

High Growth Award
For HR Independent Consultant or Practice that has experienced high growth in profit, sales, or employment levels. Judges will be looking for someone who can demonstrate evidence of high growth along with an ongoing growth plan.
Inspirational Indie
This award is a peer-to-peer nominated award. Judges will be looking for someone who has inspired you or supported you on your Indie journey and made a significant difference for you.
