Following several queries on the HRi Facebook Group and as part of our report for the HRi Big Fee Survey, we will be discussing retainer fees in an informal and collaborative lunchtime chat.

We will look at 3 questions, giving everyone a minute or two to speak:

• Introduction to your business and how you approach retainer fees.
• What are the benefits and challenges of your approach?
• If you were fully confident clients wouldn’t mind, how would you change your approach?

There will be a limit of 18 spaces to allow everyone a chance to get involved in the conversation so book quickly.
