About this event

Mental Fitness is the X-Factor

If you’re not physically fit, you’d feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill.

If you’re not mentally fit, you’d feel mental stress, such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness, as you handle work and relationship challenges.

Recent events such as the Pandemic, disruption in our working environments, social unrest, and political changes have over-stretched us all, and some greater than others.

Duncan Battishill is going to share some examples of how we can all benefit from a new upgrade in your mental operating system to not just survive but thrive in these tumultuous times.

Learn how to boost your Mental Fitness(PQ)

PQ (your Positive Intelligence Quotient) is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It’s the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.

And the good news is you can boost your PQ significantly with practice.

PQ is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science.

Want to Learn More?

On 07 September 10.00-11.00am Duncan Battishill is going to share ideas on how YOU can boost your own Mental Fitness.

Duncan will provide answers to 3 Questions: What is Mental FitnessWhy this is important in our professional work NOW, and finally What you can do to strengthen your own Mental Fitness?

He will answer questions and provide options on how you could participate in the Positive Intelligence six week programme.

Breakthrough Results

Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training, you’d be able to see the results in MRI imaging:

• Increased grey matter in the PQ Brain region, home to your positive mental muscles

• Decreased grey matter in the Survivor Brain region, home to your Saboteurs(negative mental muscles)

Improvements in these competencies lead to substantial results:

• Motorola recorded improved productivity in 93% of trained employees

• At a UK advanced Technology reseller, the average salesperson with improved competency sold £39,428 more per month

• 37% More Sales reported from a Technical Sales Team

• 31% Better Performance reported by a Professional Service group

As part of my Coaching practice, I have partnered with Positive Intelligence to share a 6-week programme offered by the CEO and Founder, Shirzad Chamine. Shirzad is the author of the New York Times best-selling book, Positive Intelligence, and a Stanford lecturer. He has taken his breakthrough research in neuroscience and the data he’s collected from over 500,000 people to create a 6-week programme
