About the presenter/business:

Michelle is the founder of People Essentials the HR and Survey specialists.

She has more than 25 years’ experience in HR across a range of sectors including IT, engineering, logistics, construction, retail and professional services.

Michelle has been running People Essentials for 10 years and credits her success to the development of a survey platform through which she provides bespoke and off the shelf employee surveys and 360 Degree Feedback Surveys.

People Essentials surveys and methodology are now available to other consultants who want to win more business, achieve a more consistent workload and greater income.

Michelle is Chair of the Thames Valley Branch of the CIPD.
