In partnership with Talent Seeker, we will be joined by Matthew Edge-Wilkins of Talent Seeker and Naomi Charlton from Autism Unlimited. This interactive webinar will be providing attendees with an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of neurodiversity and the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace. With 1 in 5 people in the UK currently diagnosed as neurodivergent, they will discuss:

- How to design an inclusive recruitment campaign and
- The importance of workplace adjustments to establish an optimum workplace environment

Matthew Edge-Wilkins – Founder of Talent Seeker, a specialist HR & Marketing Headhunting firm in Hampshire. Matt has over 20 years’ recruitment and headhunting experience. Matt also partners with a number independent HR Consultants, providing recruitment and headhunting support to their clients
Naomi Charlton – Training Business Developer at Autism Unlimited and has over 20 years’ experience in partnerships, business development training and marketing. Established in 1968, Autism Unlimited is a specialist autism charity focused on supporting neurodivergent individuals. The Charity is passionate about changing the perception of neurodiversity through providing bespoke training opportunities to businesses and raising awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace.
