Having helped scale JUST EAT from 50 – 1500 in 5 years (2010 – 2015), Anabela likes to particularly work with businesses that have ambitious growth plans, managing the cultural shifts and enabling the required conversations to positively move employees on as they outgrow their skillsets or develop into new roles.

Anabela works with one aim in mind, to ensure her clients have all the facts so they can make informed decisions. This means that she will often challenge thought processes to ensure both she and the client have considered the risks and the impact of decisions on the business.
