HR Think was founded in 2028 by Liz Jewer FCIPD, who is an ILM accredited workplace investigator, TCM accredited mediator and a qualified coach.
Prior to setting up HR Think, Liz held a number of senior HR and Leadership roles as well a being a Board Director.
HR Think supports organisations by conducting independent workplace disciplinary and grievance investigations, appeal hearings, case reviews and neutral assessments.
We also provide mediation services and conflict coaching to resolve conflict either between individuals or within a team.
HR Think also offers leadership and team coaching programmes to improve individual and team performance by harnessing the diversity of individual personalities and styles to help improve working relationships and build team ability to create better results.
We also offer HR consultancy and support services to start-ups, small to medium sized enterprises and multi national companies with operations in the UK who do not have an existing in-house HR team or who need additional HR support or employee relations expertise, for example, by supporting redundancy and TUPE programmes.
