About the presenter
Katie has been a self-employed HR consultant for 2 years, having launched her business via Instagram in March 2021.
She was absolutely thrilled to have been shortlisted as a Finalist for the HRi Award for Emerging Talent in September 2022! One of the main reasons given by the judges for choosing Katie as a finalist was her approach to social media, particularly Instagram. Katie uses her platform to show the personal, lighter side of HR, mixing this with lots of useful HR content for her followers.
