Pentland HR is a Limited company owned by Kirsten Warden. Kirsten plays an active role in supporting all of Pentland HR’s clients, with a focus on building strong relationships and anticipating your future needs.

With almost 20 year’s industry experience (from family run businesses to ftse 100 companies), and an academic background in Human Resource Management, Kirsten and her trusted associates are capable of working at both operational, and strategic levels to support you.
A collaborative approach, working with owners and senior managers, allows Pentland HR to fully understand and appreciate your business needs.

We play an active role in supporting the needs of our clients by developing strong face to face relationships. We dig deep to swiftly understand your business needs and provide tailor-made solutions for your people matters.

Our fees

We offer different payment structures to suit individual business needs, including a Pay as You Go service, Retainer, Document Packages and Project rates.

All pricing is agreed at the outset of the agreement and defined by a Service Agreement.
