I felt that I had started to speak about focusing on the balance more and more in the last few years of my Corporate roles and so when I started this consultancy 4 years ago now, it felt like the natural name to call it.

Focus on the Balance HR Consultancy delivers HR Partnership, advice and solutions to a mixture of businesses across a number of industries and sectors. It predominantly supports those with 10 -50 employees though it has been known to provide advice and support to those starting completely from scratch as a start up.

Seeking help around something that falls within the full generalist employee life cycle is the most common need that Focus on the Balance supports but, there is however capability for specific asks if you might need independent HR help or extra HR help around workshops, investigations, performance and engagement etc.

Finally, a lot of the Companies that Focus on the Balance support have employee locations outside the UK… but not all.
