Brocklehurst HR works with organisations to deliver the complete HR offer as required by a business. Through partnering with senior management, we ensure your business goals and people practices align as well as delivering your day to day people priorities.
We provide the following services:
• To be a focused and experienced resource, a point of contact and to deliver any people related activities freeing up Director time to focus on building the business.
• Developing any new contracts, benefits, handbooks, policies and processes as required.
• To manage any people/employee relations cases as required
• To support with organisation design and structure changes, ensuring you have the right structure in place to meet your business needs.
• To co-ordinate and lead on recruitment and onboarding activities
• To provide HR support and direction, developing a people plan that ensures the people priorities align to and are delivered against the company’s goals.
• Listening to managers and employees to identify any opportunities for improving engagement and productivity.
• To coach and support line managers to develop confidence, skills and accountability in their team management – performance management,121s, timely and constructive feedback.
• To develop, co-ordinate and drive staff development activities including appraisals and CPD
• To deliver HR administration and transactional work for example contracts, payroll and benefit co-ordination, referencing and DBS checks.
