About Michelle

Michelle had one objective when she set up HorrexCole in 2015: to disrupt the traditional approach to executive and leadership search by offering an agile and transparent approach to the wider market. Michelle loves working with different clients and managing different situations.

Why did you join HRi?
To be part of a group where you can bounce off questions/thoughts and receive mentoring.

What’s your favourite part of being a member of HRi?
The mentoring and access to legal advice

What is your specialism?
Generalist plus recruitment.

What do you love most about HR? and being independent?
I love working with different clients and managing different situations.

How do you define success?
Doing a good job for my clients and solving their problems and providing advice and overcoming the challenges with them.

What is your most memorable win, achievement or celebration?
Currently turning a negative situation into a positive one.

What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
I am dog mad.
