Cheviot HR have developed the ‘Cheviot Scheme’ – an analytical job evaluation scheme which is applicable across all businesses, large and small, in any sector.  The scheme analyses all aspects of a job or role using six key factors, which will determine a job’s value in relation to others within the same organisation.

The scheme is an analytical one which will help protect against any future pay claims as well as determine fair rates of pay for the employer and the employee.

Once jobs have been assessed using the scheme, they will be given a points score which will determine it’s ranking within a pay and grading structure.
