SUMMARY:Healing from Imposter Syndrome
DESCRIPTION:Healing from imposter syndrome. From Comfort Zone to Spark Zone – Why getting through the performance paradox is key to your greatest success. \n  \nAbout Healing from Imposter Syndrome\n15 March 2023 @ 12:00-13:00 \nWhen helping her clients reach their personal performance peaks (which she refers to as their spark zones)\, Zoé has noticed a series of behaviours being repeated over and over again. \nThe performance paradox that she has noticed makes it easier for us all to play small so that we fail small\, ultimately stopping us reaching our potential. It also means that we prove ourselves right about how situations are likely to unfold\, and protect ourselves from the pain of exponential growth. This behaviour habit gets in the way of your confidence and comfort with speaking to your audience\, and while staying in your comfort zone feels easy\, it’s really stopping you from reaching your spark zone\, which feels even better! \nZoé will show you why you need to overcome the paradox in order to shine\, and she will offer practical tips to help you notice when you are displaying the behaviours\, and some ways to change so that you can reach your full potential and spend more time in your spark zone. \nREGISTER TO ATTEND \n  \nWhy Attend Healing from Imposter Syndrome\nAttending this session\, you will \n\nbe shown why you need to overcome the paradox in order to shine;\nget practical tips to help you notice when you are displaying the behaviours\nhow you can change so that you can reach your full potential \nhow you can spend more time in your spark zone\n\n  \nREGISTER TO ATTEND \n  \nPresenter: \n \n  \nREGISTER TO ATTEND

DESCRIPTION:24 May @ 12:00-13:00 \nAbout\nIf you market your business\, the chances are that the aspect that stresses you out the most is creating content. It can take AGES to write articles\, think up ideas for posts\, tailor topics for podcasts or create videos. \nThen you put it out and…. Crickets! No responses. No enquiries. Nothing. It’s soul-destroying! \nThe most common reason that content fails to magnetically attract ideal clients is a lack of clarity about WHY you’re creating content in the first place. \nMany HR consultants map out a list of topics\, then just write about those – regardless of whether they’re what a prospective client wants to know! \nThis one-hour workshop will give you the structure you need to produce content that will help to engage your ideal client and offers ideas of how to help ensure they see it. \nREGISTER TO ATTEND \n  \nYou’ll discover how to:\n\nMake friends with Google so your content gets found\nHow using AI may help produce content\nCreate an irresistible ‘lead magnet’ that people will give their email address to access\nUse channels that you may not have thought of to get your content seen by more people.\nAfter the workshop\, you’ll receive a content builder to help you structure your articles\, blogs or podcasts to make sure they engage prospective clients.\n\nThe webinar is for Owners & Partners of independent HR Consultancies who want to discover how to attract ideal clients who will pay them regularly and value what they offer. \n  \nREGISTER TO ATTEND \n  \nAbout the Presenter\n\nEmma Tarring M CIPR is Co-founder and Director of The Marketing Matrix\, the marketing strategy\, support and training consultancy based in Walton-on-Thames\, Surrey\, UK. \nWe specialise in creating and growing B2B and professional consultancy businesses in sectors including HR\, leadership & development\, coaching\, employee engagement\, recruitment and business innovation. \nOver the past decade\, Emma and Co-founder Anneve Hutchinson M IDM have helped well over 100 owners and managers of consultancies to create sustainable profits from their businesses through clear\, consistent and confident marketing. \nEmma was a business and tech journalist and PR for many years\, and later head of corporate affairs for Cable & Wireless Communications before leaving corporate life to become an independent PR and Communications consultant. \nThe Marketing Matrix also hosts The Corporate Escape Club\, a monthly conversation and collaboration networking group for B2B consultants who have escaped corporate life to create their own consultancy businesses – or who are planning on doing so. \n  \nREGISTER TO ATTEND \n\nTestimonials\n“Emma & Anneve have put my mind at rest throughout and they have taken away the anxiety and fear that I had about getting my business to have an online presence. Their communication has been exceptional and their calm desire to find ways around all the problems that I presented has made my experience of producing a website far less painful that I feared it would be!” \nHannah Copeland\, HR SOS \n“The Marketing Matrix has been the valued business partner of Priority Appointments for over 7 years. Anneve and Emma have been pivotal in all of our strategic and tactical marketing planning which has resulted in a significantly enhanced brand profile and increased customer awareness. 5 star service!!” \nBarbara Law\, MD\, Priority Appointments \nTestimonial for The Corporate Escape Club \n“Thank you for yesterday\, again it was a great event and meeting everyone was really enjoyable.
