DESCRIPTION:Everything you need to know about the kickstart scheme.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nThis event is for either HR consultants looking to get a kickstarter of their own\, or for HR Indies/standalones to learn more about the scheme so they can advise their employers/clients. \n  \nAbout the presenter\nAime Armstrong is a member of HR Independents and runs an HR consultancy company called Ninja HR. Since December 2020 Ninja HR have been an approved kickstart gateway and have helped more than 80 companies get £1\,766\,872 in grant funding to create 231 kickstart vacancies (100 of which have already started). \nFrom this session you will get an overview of how the scheme works in practice (not just what you can read on the website)\, and an opportunity to ask any questions from someone who has spent the last 6 months living the kickstart scheme! \n  \nTestimonials: all our customers come via referrals or social media\, and we are currently processing a kickstart application for your very own HR Independents!
