DESCRIPTION:HRi sees CPD as an essential part of our members delivering excellent services to their clients as well as for personal growth and that of your practice.  \nAll Platinum members are required to continuously develop themselves and keep their skills and knowledge up to date as well as acquire new skills necessary to the services they provide. Equally\, when using Associates\, it’s important to hold them to the highest standards and to ensure and verify that they keep their CPD up to date.  \nWe also strongly encourage our Gold and Silver members to invest in their CPD for the same reasons.  \nHRi has partnered with Actus to provide our members with an intuitive leading system for our members to track their CPD and development plans.
