DESCRIPTION:This event is for professionals managing themselves or others through the menopause. \nChris Morgan\, FCIPD\, is an experienced manager\, HR Professional and Executive Coach. She has worked in a variety of senior roles in mostly male dominated environments and witnessed first-hand the difficulties the menopause can cause to individuals\, colleagues and managers as they collectively work through the different stages together. As well as experiencing it herself\, Chris has thoroughly researched the menopause and delivered several presentations on the subject. \nThe session will include facts about the menopause\, discuss the myths and ways to alleviate the symptoms. We will also discuss options for managers to consider to maintain a healthy and productive working environment. There will be slides available\, which will include facts for reference purposes.
