DESCRIPTION:HRi are proud to be welcoming and hosting a special event with Preethi Nair – Be Audacious. \nThose who attended the HRi launch on 30th September 2020 will have heard from Preethi Nair as our keynote speaker\, when she shared her own inspirational story about giving up her secure management consultancy role and following her dream of writing\, and against all the odds\, publishing her first book\, Gypsy Masala. \nIn this inspirational session hosted by HRi\, Preethi will be helping you to discover how to be audacious. You will discover how to create a bold vision for your future and commit to the first steps in the unfolding of this new story through the following: \n– Understand why your why needs to be strong \n– Identify your blocks \n– How to see obstacles as opportunities \n– Create a compelling new story for yourself \nAfter writing her first book\, Preethi was rejected by a number of publishers\, and so she set up her own publishing company and PR agency to publish and promote the book. Working under the alias of Pru Menon\, Preethi managed to gain substantial coverage and after two years of a roller coaster journey\, she managed to sign a three-book deal with HarperCollins. She won the Asian Woman of Achievement award for her endeavours and “Pru” was also short listed as Publicist of the Year for the PPC awards.” \nDrawing on her own experience\, Preethi set up Kiss the Frog to bring the art of storytelling and creativity into organisations. \nPreethi works with leadership teams globally\, bringing together the worlds of business and the imagination. She is also on the faculty at Cranfield university\, London Business School and at the Financial Times/IE Learning\, teaching various modules on storytelling and personal leadership. \n
