Dianne Lambdin set up the Sussex HR Hub in 2014 to bring her own style of HR management to the businesses she works with. She has many years executive level experience working in different organisations as an HR and employment law specialist and held senior management roles in the private and public sectors.
We are an experienced team who understand that each company is different and requires a tailored approach to its HR needs. As a close-knit team we can ensure our clients’ needs are always met and feedback shows we deliver an exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
Our style is to focus on what can be done to help you get the most from your staff without over-complicating the issue. We don’t try to impose HR ‘bling’ or the latest trends on our clients and we are well aware that, sometimes, the so-called ‘best practice’ is not the best solution for everyone. We work with our clients to ensure they achieve what’s right for their own distinct situation.
We offer standard and bespoke retained HR services to ensure that, whatever HR challenges may arise, clients have access to the right advice and support when they need it.
We also support organisations with ad hoc employment issues and on major projects. Our consultants have experience of major organisational change, restructures and redundancy programmes.
