CG Pro-Active HR Ltd

I set up CG Pro-Active HR in early 2018 after 20+ years working in HR, often fixed term, temp or project roles. I now specialise in working with large organisations as an extension of their HR team to deliver #HRwishlist projects adding value.

I’m not your average HR – having started in payroll and finance work, I understand numbers, systems and data. I also ‘get’ IT and accounts which helps in delivering multi-disciplinary projects.

My HR background covers a variety of organisation size and sector. I have learnt something from most roles, from the challenges of a call centre to working with restricted budgets in charities or large multi site operations with centralised HR teams. Along the way, I have learnt I am too commercial for the public sector, I relish a pragmatic solution and I love to get things done.

My vision is to provide clients with a safe pair of hands to tick those projects off their HRwishlist, giving them more time and team resources to deliver quality HR. And with having just me in the business, I have the flexibility and agility to deliver a bespoke service to each and every client.

I have reached a time in my career where I want to use my HR skills and experience beyond profit-making so I also spend time volunteering with Suited for Success and the Cranfield Trust.
